The Process To Success
Our specialist will work with the client throughout the Rent to Own program to ensure they are on the right track in qualifying for their mortgage in 2-4 years. The specialists are responsible for:- Detailed Analysis – A thorough screening of the client’s current-state, and anticipated future-state of their qualifications and predicted program timeline.
- Credit building – Rebuild credit to a good standing of a minimum score of 680 or higher.
- Annual Check up – Ensure clients are on track, following through with their action plans to successful home-ownership .
- Secure Mortgage Financing – 4 months prior to the end of the contract term, this is when our team will prep for the mortgage financing.
