3. Speak With Our Financial Specialist. We will discuss your current financial situation (and possible credit repair program) and go over the payment structure in detail. From here we will create an easy to follow, step-by-step action plan to ensure your success towards homeownersership.
4. Meet Our Realtor & Search For Your Home. This is where the fun begins! We will pair you up with one of our realtor to discuss the ideal home for you and your family, and go shopping!
5. Buying The House Of Your Choice. Once you found your home, we will purchase it for you. We highly recommend hiring your own appraiser and home inspector to ensure your home is up to your standards.
6. Signing The Contracts. You will be presented with 2 contracts to finalize our partnership; Residential Lease Agreement and Option to Purchase Contract.
7. CONGRATULATIONS! Start packing and prepare for you move-in date! You are now one step closer in owning you own home.
